Legal
Terms of Service
Last Updated: October 1, 2026
By accessing, playing on, purchasing from, or otherwise using Canada Roleplay
(“CRP,” “Canada Roleplay,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use Canada Roleplay or purchase
any products or services from us.
01 Purchases & Digital Items
All purchases made through Canada Roleplay are for digital products, services, perks,
or access associated with the Canada Roleplay community.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law,
all purchases are final and non-refundable once the purchased product, service, perk, or other digital benefit has been delivered or made available.
Purchasing an item does not give you ownership of Canada Roleplay, its servers,
software, assets, or systems. Purchases only provide the specific digital product,
service, or benefit described at the time of purchase.
We may modify, replace, rebalance, discontinue, or remove in-game content when
reasonably necessary for server development, compatibility, security, legal
compliance, or community management.
02 Refund Policy
Canada Roleplay generally does not provide refunds for completed
purchases except where required by applicable law.
You are not automatically entitled to a refund because:
- You are banned, suspended, warned, or otherwise disciplined.
- You voluntarily leave Canada Roleplay.
- You are removed from a department, role, position, or team.
- You lose access because of your own actions or violation of community rules.
- You stop playing or no longer want the purchased item.
- Server rules, features, vehicles, scripts, maps, or gameplay change.
- The server experiences downtime, maintenance, bugs, technical issues, resets, or outages.
- The server permanently shuts down or Canada Roleplay ceases operations.
- A purchased in-game item is modified or rebalanced as part of normal server development.
We may choose to provide a refund, replacement, store credit, or other resolution on a
case-by-case basis at our sole discretion, except where applicable
law requires otherwise.
Approval of a refund in one situation does not create an obligation to provide
refunds in similar situations in the future.
03 Bans & Account Restrictions
Canada Roleplay reserves the right to warn, suspend, restrict, or permanently ban
users who violate our rules, disrupt the community, abuse our services, or otherwise
engage in conduct we reasonably determine to be harmful to the community.
Purchasing from Canada Roleplay does not exempt you from community
rules or disciplinary action.
A ban, suspension, restriction, or removal from the community does not automatically
cancel a completed purchase or create a right to a refund.
Where appropriate, bans may be appealed through the appeal process provided by Canada
Roleplay. The availability of an appeal does not guarantee that a ban will be removed.
04 Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If you believe there is a legitimate problem with a purchase, please contact Canada
Roleplay before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback so that we have an
opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.
Fraudulent, dishonest, or abusive chargebacks or payment disputes may result in
suspension of access to Canada Roleplay and purchased benefits while the dispute is
investigated.
Nothing in this section prevents you from exercising any dispute or consumer rights
available to you under applicable law.
05 Availability & Server Downtime
Canada Roleplay is provided on an “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Servers, websites,
integrations, vehicles, scripts, accounts, databases, or other services may
occasionally become unavailable because of maintenance, updates, technical problems,
third-party outages, security incidents, or circumstances outside our reasonable
control.
Temporary downtime or technical problems do not normally entitle users to refunds.
We may temporarily or permanently modify, suspend, or discontinue portions of Canada
Roleplay where reasonably necessary.
If Canada Roleplay permanently shuts down or ceases operations,
refunds will not be provided for completed purchases, except where
required by applicable law.
06 In-Game Items & Virtual Content
In-game vehicles, perks, roles, currency, access, supporter benefits, and other
virtual content have no real-world cash value unless explicitly
stated otherwise.
You may not sell, transfer, trade, or exchange purchased benefits outside methods
specifically authorized by Canada Roleplay.
We may correct duplicated, improperly granted, exploited, or fraudulently obtained
virtual items.
LEO and Civilian (CIV) Personal Vehicles: If the owner of a LEO or
CIV personal vehicle is completely inactive for two (2) months,
Canada Roleplay may reclaim and resell that personal vehicle slot.
However, the original owner retains the right to request a replacement
personal vehicle within six (6) months of the reclaim.
The replacement vehicle model may be different from the original.
07 User Conduct
By using Canada Roleplay, you agree to follow our community and server rules.
You may not intentionally exploit bugs, attack or disrupt our infrastructure, evade
enforcement actions, impersonate staff, commit fraud, abuse payment systems, or use
our services in a manner intended to harm Canada Roleplay or its users.
Violations may result in restrictions or removal from the community.
08 Third-Party Services
Canada Roleplay may depend on third-party platforms and services, including
FiveM/Cfx.re, Discord, payment processors, hosting providers, and other external
services.
These third parties operate independently and may have their own terms and policies.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Canada Roleplay is not responsible for
outages, restrictions, account actions, policy changes, data loss, or other problems
caused solely by third-party services outside our reasonable control.
09 No Guarantee of Continued Content
Canada Roleplay is an evolving community.
We cannot guarantee that any particular server, vehicle, script, feature, department,
role, map, item, or other piece of content will remain available permanently.
Content may be updated or removed when reasonably necessary for technical,
operational, legal, licensing, security, balancing, or community-management reasons.
10 Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, Canada Roleplay branding, original graphics, written content,
custom systems, and other original materials created for Canada Roleplay may not be
copied, redistributed, sold, or represented as your own without permission.
Third-party trademarks, game assets, software, and other intellectual property remain
the property of their respective owners.
11 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Canada Roleplay and those operating
it will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive
damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, Canada Roleplay.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot
legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
12 Security & Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining control of accounts and credentials used to
access Canada Roleplay.
You should immediately report suspected unauthorized access relating to Canada
Roleplay.
We are not responsible for losses resulting from a user's voluntary sharing of
credentials or failure to reasonably secure their own accounts, except where
responsibility cannot legally be excluded.
13 Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated periodically to reflect changes to Canada Roleplay, our
services, or applicable requirements.
The current version will be published on this page with an updated revision date.
Continued use of Canada Roleplay after updated terms take effect constitutes
acceptance of the updated terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Material changes may be communicated through appropriate community channels where
reasonably practical.
14 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, that
provision will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary, and the remaining
provisions will continue to apply.
15 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with applicable Canada Roleplay community rules and any
specific terms presented at the time of purchase, form the agreement governing your
use of Canada Roleplay.
